Road Crossing Works – Traffic Management and Access
Residents are advised that road crossing works will be completed in sections to minimize disruption and maintain safe access for residents and road users.
Where work is taking place near residential properties:
The contractor will make every effort to maintain safe and reasonable access to residences at all times.
Where the road cannot be fully reopened during the workday, the work area will be managed so that residents can travel through the area safely.
At the end of each workday, the road will be reopened where practical and safe to do so.
If the road cannot be fully reopened due to the stage of construction, the area around residential properties will be left in a condition that allows residents to travel freely and safely.
Residents should follow the directions of traffic control personnel and any temporary signage in place.
Anticipated Traffic Delays
Mission Wasa Low Road will be managed using traffic control measures as the work progresses. Where possible, traffic will be maintained using single-lane alternating traffic.
Short delays may occur while equipment is moved, work areas are changed, or traffic control is adjusted. The contractor will make every effort to minimize these delays and maintain access to residences.

Job Start Date: Monday August 31, 2026
Anticipated Duration: Approx. One Week
Typical Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8: AM to 5 PM
Road Reinstatement
Road reinstatement will be completed as the work progresses wherever practical.
Where a section cannot be permanently reinstated immediately following the crossing work, the area will be left in a safe, stable and trafficable condition until permanent reinstatement can be completed.
The contractor will coordinate the work to minimize disruption and ensure residents can access their properties safely throughout the construction period.
